Anushree Ramanath

Building intelligent energy products - and helping people build careers that move the energy transition forward

The through line

Turning complex energy systems into products, decisions, and progress

Anushree Ramanath is a clean-energy product and analytics leader whose career connects deep engineering with practical business impact. Across roughly 13 years, she has worked from the component level to the portfolio level - building software, prototyping power-electronic hardware, modeling renewable-energy systems, shaping product strategy, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

As Head of Products and Analytics at Schneider Electric, she leads software products, data analytics, fleet solutions, and AI/ML-enabled platforms across solar, storage, and electric-vehicle applications. Her path through Form Energy, Enphase Energy, Cummins, Argonne National Laboratory, and software engineering gives her an unusually complete view of how ideas travel from research and modeling to products used in the real world.

That same bridge-building defines her work beyond industry. Anushree is an IEEE Senior Member, published researcher and technical author, invited speaker, mentor, and advisory-board contributor. She is equally committed to making technical knowledge accessible, helping emerging leaders find their path, and bringing scientific precision into her work as a painter.
